Generation 6 - Chapter 6

Elgon turned to his blog as a source of comfort and support...and income...(now that Wind was retired)

They had a quiet birthday party for Jonas, After all, what does a baby care? 

poor Elgon, still so sad and lost 

The mourning and moving on process was made somewhat difficult by Megan's spirit coming for visits. She usually just sat and watch her son sleep, but it creeped everyone out. 

Now that Jonas was a little older, Elgon found it easier to spend time with him. He was developing his own personality and reminded Elgon less and less of Megan 

Wind was happy that he was recovering from Megan's death but wished he's spend less time on his blog and more time paying attn to his son. Wind worried about the Elders stepping into their lives again and trying to dictate young Jonas' life.... 

 Elgon was only giving about 50% of his attn to his son and the rest went towards his blog. It was his escape. Where he lived off the comments and praises of strangers and could take out his frustrations out on his critics for his stories and quips. It was easier than living the life he actually had. 

Wind had a new love and was more than happy to enjoy "retirement" between the sheets... 

Early one morning Wind was startled awake by a familiar spectral form 

"Good grief Megan!" 

"Sorry! I need to talk to you! It's about Elgon. I'm worried!" 

"I know you're worried about him and your son, but you need to give him some time! And honestly, with you floating around here, he's having a hard time moving on!" 

"I just don't want him to forget about me! I want my son to know you I was!" 

"I understand that! but haunting his bed it NOT the way to do that! Come let me sculpt you. Perhaps having a physical representative will help Elgon? Or at least give Jonas something to look at" 

As usual, Jonas' cries roused Elgon

He brought him into the studio thinking he heard his mother talking to a woman but only found her with the butler 

Wind left a couple of presents in Elgon's room... 

"Megan?!"
