One night while she was sleeping, Wind was woken up by a strange presence nearby.
Not one but TWO vampires lurking at the front door!
Wind changed form quickly as the closer one lunged for her. The other ran off. To get more friends?
The vampire obviously recognized a fairy, that is what they were there for, but she was too small for him to catch. She didn't know why he wanted her but she knew it wouldn't be good if he got her.
No dinner for you tonight fanger!
He gave up surprisingly easy. Maybe he was expecting to catch her still asleep? Wind knew what the creatures were as soon as she saw them but later, as she tried in vain to get back to sleep, she couldn't remember anyone telling her about vampires. She wondered if her mom knew about them. What about her father? Is that why he left?
Not long after the vampires left June was abducted by aliens! Wind wondered if the event were somehow connected. Vampire aliens? Alien vampires? Could the one that ran away have gone to get the ship?!
Then there was this strange creature? Was she part of it too? were they all connected? All out to get her??
Then wind realized she hadn't slept in 4 days and wasn't entirely sure how much had actually happened. Maybe it's time for bed.
Wow, what an... exciting day for Wind! First vampires and then an alien abduction! :D
